We prefer to work with a limited number of clients to consistently provide quality service, as many hours of research and design are needed to create seamless and stress-free travel.

Our close partnerships with local experts and luxury providers ensure you are well taken care of every step of the way. As we all know, sometimes even the best-laid plans can have some hiccups along the way. During travel, clients who book a fully custom itinerary have 24/7 access to our partners on the ground should anything unforeseen arise. Our goal is for you to show up and have the trip of your dreams without having to worry.

Prior to travel, you receive a beautifully designed mobile itinerary, giving you easy access to your day-to-day itinerary, important information, and documents at your fingertips.

We're a small team that only takes on clients and projects that we’re confident can be executed with the utmost attention to detail. One way we do this is through familiarization trips, which are advisor-only trips where advisors gain first-hand experience with specific destinations, hotels, and tours. This way, we know exactly what to book using only the best providers and top properties for our clients.

Working directly and intimately with each client gives us the flexibility to create a customized experience with local support (you won’t find any pre-packaged one-size-fits-all trips here!) We have each traveled extensively, leaning on our personal experiences and staying up to date with the latest in the travel industry. We ensure the best possible experience for our clients by regularly connecting with travel partners through in-person meetings and webinars to expand our knowledge.

Depending on the complexity of the request, Swoon Worthy Travel® charges an upfront, non-refundable fee for personalized travel planning services.* This is the only payment you’ll make to us—no surprise costs later on! Your hotels and tours are paid directly to the provider. The only additional fees we charge are for booking flights or air concierge services. 

*Note: Fee may be waived for hotel-only bookings.

Our rates are the same as what you'd find online when booking directly with hotels—sometimes even better—and often come with special perks. Most travelers don’t realize that commissions are already included in the rates, whether you book through an advisor or not. Hotels, vendors, and suppliers pay us after your travels are complete. So, by booking through a luxury travel advisor, you get personalized attention, perks, and amenities (think upgrades, spending credits, and more), you wouldn't otherwise receive, all at no extra cost!

We invest a lot of time and effort into researching the best options for you: we thoroughly vet accommodations and tour guides, research the best available rates and packages, consult with local experts who provide intimate insight, and more.
